About Fresh Fields |
| |
Fresh Fields was
established in 1992 to consolidate many years of redundancy
management activity into a tried and tested formula for
employers
considering redundancies.
Following increasing client demand, we now
concentrate exclusively on redundancy management,
outplacement and career counselling.
“Our
consultancy’s main strengths lie in the common sense and
practical approach we take in everything we do – that’s why
we get such good feedback and that’s what we will always
commit to” (Director)
All Fresh Fields consultants are
knowledgeable about people issues and skilled in addressing
these in ways which help to ease the separation of personnel
from their employers without acrimony. We are members of
appropriate professional institutions and the firm is
registered as an accredited service provider with Business
Links. To date we have assisted hundreds of people to fresh
opportunities aimed at replacing quickly their prime source
of income.
Below is a list of many of the types of organisation with
which we have worked to date but not necessarily just on
redundancy issues.
